Encountered a problem with angle set bolt and shank bolts on our hitch allowing some movement in hitch on our last trip. Contacted Kyle at Prestige RV and he said to drop by and he would look at problem. Solved it immediately, even used some of his spacer washers to replace the ones lost when our set -

While traveling had a leak in our roof. We went to Prestige RV Center and they heard our problem and jumped right on it. They were very friendly and very helpful. -
