Encountered a problem with angle set bolt and shank bolts on our hitch allowing some movement in hitch on our last trip. Contacted Kyle at Prestige RV and he said to drop by and he would look at problem. Solved it immediately, even used some of his spacer washers to replace the ones lost when our set -

Already IMPRESSED, we went here Saturday and going to take rv in Saturday something happened to our toy hauler and I called they said, see if we can work some magic, so we wont miss our vacation. Thinking I'm going to happy changing places, It sounds like they care.
