Encountered a problem with angle set bolt and shank bolts on our hitch allowing some movement in hitch on our last trip. Contacted Kyle at Prestige RV and he said to drop by and he would look at problem. Solved it immediately, even used some of his spacer washers to replace the ones lost when our set -

Everyone at Prestige was very kind and helpful with the selection of our new 5th wheel. There was no pressure on the way we paid for it unlike our previous experience we had almost two years ago in Newcastle. We are looking forward to working with them in the future
